Tyson Fury won his WBC heavyweight title by winning a spectacular KO over Deontay wilder
Fury was in unbearable pain and had to be given numbing shots in his elbows.
BT Sport was informed by Dad John that it wasn't a match for boxing.
"Because Tyson had suffered very serious injuries going into that fight.
"He needed chromosome injections in both his elbows. He had both elbows numb, and has since had an operation."
Fury felt so much pain in his elbows that he had SIX HOUR to get it under control.
John said, "A six-hour long all-day operation was performed to sort out his elbows. I believe he had bone spurs that had to be removed.
"[A] common thing among sportsmen, especially boxer.
"And, yes, he was handicapped right from the beginning."
Fury, a fan favourite, is expected to make a return to the ring in March. There may also be a showdown with fellow Brit Dillian Whyte.
Frank Warren, a promoter of the WBC, insists that the WBC king will not rush to a Battle of Britain with a Brixton banger.
TalkSPORT was informed by Queensbury Promotions chief: "I don’t believe anything will happen until they have their convention, which happens later this month. I don’t think that’s going to happen before then."
Tyson believes there is no rush.
"It doesn't matter who says it, as I have said to everyone. He will do whatever he wants.
He'll do it if the deal is right. He won't do it if he doesn’t want to. He is his own man."
