Deontay Wilder remains No1 ranked WBC heavyweight

He is still the top contender in the WBC's most recent rankings, only behind Fury the retired champ. The Gypsy King has yet to take his belt.

Wilder, a long-standing former champ, won his last victory against Luis Ortiz in 2019 in what was his 10THtitle defense.

The WBC's rankings are missing Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua.

Both have never fought under the WBC banner, and their upcoming rematch will be for the WBA/IBF, WBO, IBO belts.

Brit Joe Joyce is ranked No2

The 36-year old boasts a 14-0 professional record, beating Christian Hammer earlier in the month.

Derek Chisora was not in the top 15 and called Wilder out after his incredible victory over Kubrat Pulev.

The Brit, 38 years old, stated that he won his last fight three years ago...

"I am happy today, but I also feel sad. Although I don't have much left, I have everything I can give to you guys.

"I don’t have any left, so my next two fights... I’m on my way out.

"I don’t want easy fights. I want the tough fights. Eddie Hearn told me the other day that if he can get him the Bronze Bomber, I'll be happy.

"I want everyone in my era to fight me." "Win or lose, all I want is to fight."

After seeing Joyce's bout fall through, Joseph Parker has been ranked No3 on WBC's List. He signed Sky Sports and now Joseph Parker is at No3.

Frank Sanchez is next at number 4, with Andy Ruiz Jr, Andy's former conqueror, at no5.

Brit Dillian Whyte, who lost to Fury in April, is now No7. He is just behind No6 Arslanbk Makhidovov.

Luis Ortiz is eighth. Otto Wallin is ninth. Robert Helenius rounds out the top 10.
