It is important to stretch out after a workout.

Joshua showed that he is willing to put in the work as he intensifies his preparations for fight night.

AJ was dressed in Under Armour gear and shared his snaps on Instagram.

After sweating on the exercise bike, he was cooled by one of his teammates who squirted water down his neck. He looked much fresher when he stretched out at end of session.

The caption he used was "Warm up!"

Joshua wants to win back the WBA and IBF titles that he lost to Usyk in September at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The match will take place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) on August 20, dubbed "The Rage on the Red Sea".

Many people used the comments section as a way to express their support.

One person said, "Come on! Grab your belts. You can do it."

Another commentator added: "Can’t wait to see you become three-time champion heavyweight."

Joshua has arrived in Saudi Arabia after taking a private flight to train and prepare for Usyk.

Ringcraft designed his gym and included a ring for sparring and speedballs. He also has a treadmill, bikes, weights, and an air conditioning unit to keep him cool.

After his defeat to Usyk, Rob McCracken had to part ways with him and he brought in Robert Garcia as well as Angel Fernandez to train the 24-2 fighter.

David Haye, a former world champion, told AJ that he had to beat up his opponent so hard that he could be disqualified after he was outclassed by North London.

Gareth A. Davies was told by The Hayemaker: "I'm going with Anthony Joshua again."

"He used probably the most inhumane tactics against a southpaw. He was friendly inside and outside, but he gave him range.

"There were no warnings by the ref about deducting point because he never imposed it."

He should be so close to being disqualified or having a point deducted that he is almost ineligible. This is how physically fit he must be, he is a rare specimen in the heavyweight division.

"He is the supreme heavyweight physically right now.

He just has to put it into a useful format. Last time it was not very useful so he must do it again. He will, I'm sure.
