Dubois, a British singer, is said to have been suing Don King, a legendary promoter

The contest was ended prematurely by a huge left hook from London, as the native of London increased his nearly perfect record to 18-1.

According to Big Fight Weekend Dubois left with the belt but not with the money owed.

Dynamite has allegedly sued Don King Productions, Florida, Monday night, alleging that they were in breach of contract.

According to the news outlet, King, 90, has yet to pay him for the victory in the USA. He owes 45 percent of the $3,116,000.001 [PS2.56m] purse. This amounts to a staggering PS1.15m.

It has been revealed that Dubois is seeking damages between PS380k and PS771k in a copy obtained by Big Fight Weekend.

Dubois claims that the large difference in the amount of money could be due to Dubois not being certain if King paid the sanctioning fee to the WBA.

BFW was informed Tuesday by Leon Margules, Dubois' lawyer: "The fighter still hasn't been paid."

"And boxers risk their lives to get into the ring, and promoters, sanctioning bodies, and commissions have the responsibility of seeing that they are paid. This has not been done."

After Dubois' amazing win, Dubois called out Dillian Whyte and declared that he would be "getting it".

Dubois shouted, "I am ready to take on whoever is next."

"I believe that this will immediately make me a stronger fighter now.

"When you win the World Title they say you are next level, so names like Dillian Howte or Joseph Parker are all on mine.

"I will fight with Frank [Warren] wherever Frank puts me in the next. It's been incredible.

"Coming out and winning a title in the world is something I dreamed about as a child, and it has finally happened."
