Matthew McConaughey's Spoken Recap of the Article
British boxer Tommy Fury has expressed his interest in a potential fight against Logan Paul, following his recent win over Logan's brother, Jake Paul. The two-year feud between Fury and Jake came to an end in February, with Fury securing a split-decision victory. Now, Fury is focused on his upcoming match against YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI, but is open to facing Logan Paul in the future.
A blockbuster celebrity grudge match
Fury is set to take on KSI in Manchester on Saturday, in what promises to be an exciting showdown. Meanwhile, Logan Paul will also be in action as the co-headliner. He has expressed his desire to avenge his brother's loss and is keen on a potential fight against Fury. However, Fury remains focused on his upcoming match and plans to discuss future opponents after the event.
Open to facing Logan Paul
When asked about the possibility of a fight with Logan Paul, Fury stated, "I don't really care about these guys, any one of them, whoever wants it at that time, whoever puts up the best offer is gonna have the fight, aren't they? It doesn't matter to me who I fight, especially not with these guys." This suggests that Fury is willing to face Logan Paul if the opportunity arises.
A potential reunion for Fury and Jake Paul
If Logan Paul travels to England to watch his brother's fight, there is a chance for a reunion between Fury and Jake Paul. Despite their past feud, Fury is open to welcoming Jake to the event. He stated, "At the end of the day, we had our beef, our fight, we settled it all in the ring and for now that's died down. There's always going to be a fight there as I'm sure he wants to get that fight back - but that's never going to happen. And at the end of the day, he can sit there and watch what should have been done to him."
A rematch on the horizon
Jake Paul has revealed that he has been in direct contact with Fury and the two have agreed to a rematch next year. Despite their previous rivalry, Fury has surprising admiration for the American boxer, stating, "Jake's alright. Jake's a lot better of a man than KSI, I can tell you that." However, Fury's main focus remains on his upcoming match against KSI, and he believes there may be further dealings with the Paul brothers in the future.
