He suffered a broken jaw moments before the bloody end. Now he is on a two-week liquid diet.

After becoming sick of the tasteless porridge, his mind wandered to other ways to ruin his hard-earned six pack.

He stated that he was excited to eat cheeseburgers and cakes, but now he can't. Everything goes through the blender.

"I still have a six pack, and I weigh less than on Saturday.

"I was probably around 10 stone, but I weighed 9st 9lbs last night. I will be super-flyweight at the end of this week!

"I have had a Mars bar added to the blender to make a milkshake. It's as luxurious and rich as it gets, a Mars Bar!

"I've thought about a kebab, fish and chips, and a Big Mac, but it's not the exact same thing, is it?"

Warrington, despite looking like Elephant Man at the end of the brawl is devastated that he has to take some time off.

He hopes to book a Las Vegas fight for his dying-hand fans, but the horror injury that he so casually ignored could cause him to trigger metal detectors at airport security.

He said, "I have a metal plate on the side of mine," as if to explain the pain of a bruised foot.

"I have a broken hand but you can't swim without getting wet.

"It will probably take at least six weeks before my return to the gym, which is absolutely killing it.

"In my head, I thought I would take a week off, go on a vacation, get a little sun and recharge the batteries.

"And then, I thought that I'd be out June and October. I thought I would be out at least three more times this year.

"It is instead that I must take summer off, six week man, killer, absolute killer!"
