He was briefly disfigured by a massive overhand right, and he had to leave Bulgaria.
Pulev suffered two severe cuts
Derek Chisora won the dust-up via split determination
Pulev was left completely unrecognizable by one of the Brits' trademark overhand rights.
The moment Chisora's righthand connected with Pulev’s chin, a ringside photographer captured it and made Pulev's entire head snap back.
Pulev was unrecognizable by the force of hellacious blow, as all of his skin was simultaneously rubbed.
Two-time world champion Pulev was left with two severe cuts to his face.
Although Pulev was able to land Chisora with 200 punches compared to Brit's 171, judges didn't give the fight their blessing.
Del Boy's victory over Pulev ended a three-fight losing streak and he now plans to face Deontay Wilder, the former WBC heavyweight champion.
An emotional Chisora stated after his 33rd professional win: "I last won an fight three years ago...
"I am happy today, but I also feel sad. Although I don't have much left, I have everything I can give to you guys.
"I don’t have any left, so I’m going to fight my next two fights.
"I'm on the way out. I do not want easy fights. I want hard fights.
"I told Eddie Hearn that if he can get me a Bronze Bomber, I'll be happy."
"I want everyone in my era to fight me. I don't care if you win or lose. All that matters is that I want to fight. I needed to win because I have lost so many fights while on the road.
It's a great way of winning it. I feel buzzing right now. It's great to win.
