HAFTHOR BJORNSSON trotted Eddie Hall hours after their grudge match, with a video mocking the technique

In a Dubai dust-up, the former Game of Thrones star beat the 2017 World's Strongest Man on Saturday night.

Hall was dropped twice by Bjornsson on his way to a unanimous victory. He also showed some good technique on occasion.

The Icelandic giant made fun of his friend with a video in which he dropped The Beast with a straight left.

Bjornsson's caption was: "I guess technique DOES Matter." Who knew?

His legion of 33-year-old followers quickly commented, one saying, "Bro, I'm not even going to lie, I was very impressed by your straight punches."

Thor was also on the canvas in desert dust-up, and was quick to praise his former friend's punching ability.

He said in his post-fight interview that he had never been dropped during training. So hats off. He can punch.

"He wasn't lying! Today, however, I believe technique won."

Hall, who was dejected, posted about his defeat on Instagram, writing: "You know, I can take it as a man. It's boxing, it's what it is.

"At the end, I've just fought one of the most powerful men on the planet in a bout of boxing.

"I would love to see someone else do this.

"It has been an amazing journey. I enjoyed it. We can continue to do business together.
