His trainer stated that ADRIEN BRONER still has his "crazy speed" and punches HEAVIER then some super-middleweights.
The American, who is often uninformed and brilliantly talented, is set to make a comeback for 2022.
Broner, 32 years old, has fought only three times in the past four years. Most recently, Broner fought in a more difficult fight than expected with Puerto Rican Jovanie Chile, 32, last February.
The polarizing former four-division champion, boxing's youngest fighter to accomplish the feat, is now preparing for another run at title contention.
Broner has Gerald Tucker as his coach, who is also a trainer to Floyd Mayweather (44), ex-UFC champ Tyron Whiteley (39), and Claressa Shields (26) respectively.
Broner will only need a few warm up bouts to get back on the right track. The trainer knows Broner better than any of his friends who have the same talent.
Tucker stated to SunSport that Tucker had only seen two or three fights and was gradually increasing the competition-level fight per fight.
"But once he is on track, he will know and his trainers will know that if he is doing all he can to be the best version of himself, he will be ready for whatever comes his way.
He's not down, but he still has an insane ring IQ and crazy speed. He hits heavier than most super-middleweights.
"He only needs to do a few things to bring it all together.
"All I can do for him is to help him realize that he has a switch in his head that will allow him to become the best version of him."
Broner, who was defeated by Manny Pacquiao (43), in January 2019, was not able to compete at the highest level and instead ended up in trouble with the law.
He is still a hot name in the welterweight division due to his star power, undeniable talent and box office personality.
Conor Benn from Britain, 25 has all joined the ranks of Broner to try to lure Mayweather's ex-protégee back into the ring.
Tucker, however, slammed Broner's up-and-coming competitors for calling him out while Broner is still watching and has yet to regain confidence.
He stated: "People who call him out right here, to me that's weakness.
"It's very weak of them to want fight someone who's down and beating on themselves.
"That's weak. So me too, I wouldn't respond to or reply to those guys." Adrien needs to have a few fights and get his back.
