Fury, 33 years old, defeated Wilder in an epic battle last October. Joshua, however, was defeated in brutal fashion by Oleksandr Usyk one month earlier.
Joshua, 32, must now pay retribution for his defeat to the Ukrainian in order to regain hope for an all-British bout with Fury.
Khan said that it would be a no contest anyway.

"If the same Fury enters a fight against Anthony Joshua, it will always be Fury who wins that.
"I still favor him if he wins that fight, and I think it'll be an easy win.
"AJ has a robotic style similar to Frank Bruno's, and he's very strong. If AJ catches your attention, he will hurt you.
"But, we have seen Fury getting hit by Wilder, the hardest hitter, and being put down, and he got up again.
"All day long, I was determined to win that fight Fury wins. He has everything on his side, I believe."
A staggering 72% of fans supported Fury's victory over Joshua in Battle of Britain.
Only 24 percent voted for AJ over WBC king Fury in a SunSport reader poll.
Fury remains unbeaten in 32 fights with only one draw against Wilder. AJ's loss to Usyk was his first.
