After all these years of feuding, Brook won bragging rights for his life with a sixth-round victory.

Sky Boxing's head Adam Smith said that it was a huge success on PPV.

Boxing Social was told by Smith that it was more than half a million. We were delighted with the amount of over 500,000.

"Excellent business for Sky Box Office, but the most important thing was that the customers loved the story."

These numbers show that at PS19.95 per go, the sworn enemy would have earned around PS10m in receipts for PPV.

Sky partnered with Ben Shalom as a promoter for Boxxer, and he was the one who finally arranged the fight.

However, the negotiations also included a rematch clause for the loser.

Khan has been reported to be considering activating his right for a second fight. Even Shalom admits that it will be difficult selling.

Sky Sports interviewed him: "I believe the word on street is true - Amir Khan. He doesn't want it to be called a day.

He said that he has been thinking about the fight for the past few weeks. He feels like he had ten more weeks to prepare, while Kell Brook only had six months.

He feels like he has been treated unfairly. He does have a rematch clause, though I'm not sure if that fight is possible.

"For me, Kell Brook, it's time for me to move on, regardless of whether it's retirement or fighting one of the other mentioned names.

"I don't see it. But Amir is convinced. We will hear his reasons in the next few weeks and we'll take it from there."
