35-year-old Ukrainian soldier has bravely fought for his country in the war against Russia. He is now out of the picture.
Joyce offered to fight AJ, but his sparring partner hit back. He referred to his first round win in the amateurs.
Joshua, 32, tweeted "I boxed Joe and stopped him in one round." I would do the same today. There hasn't been any change."
A week later, Joyce, 36, a normally tight-lipped individual, replied: "And @anthonyjoshua, you having a meltdown. Where are all your belts?"
"All those endorsements and sponsorships were helpful?" You're a glass-cannon. Quit the act.
Joshua jokingly said, "It took me 5 days to think about this ..."."
Frank Warren, Joyce's promoter, has already made the unbeaten Olympian available to fight Joshua.
AJ also has Otto Wallin (30), and Luis Ortiz (42), who are more suited for replicating Usyk's style.
