ANTHONY JOSHUA works with Robert Garcia, his new coach, to overcome any mental issues he may have in the ring.
Joshua added Garcia, a former super-featherweight champion world champion, to his team before facing Oleksandr Usyk this summer.
AJ was defeated by Usyk, 35, in 12 rounds in September. He is trying to recoup his victory over Andy Ruiz Jr.
Joshua, 32, was defeated by the Mexican-American in June 2019, but won the rematch six months later in Saudi Arabia.
Garcia is concerned that the British star may not have fully recovered from his first defeat, and they are trying to fix this.
On his YouTube channel, the trainer stated that "a lot of fighters" lose - probably after the Andy Ruiz Jr fight. He said: "They come off losing believing that it was never going to happen."

It affected him mentally. He thought that it was the end of his career.
"I believe that's one the most important things that Anthony experienced and that's why I'm here to help - Angel and any other help that Anthony has.
He's made a team that includes Angel and me, and prepared the game plan. Then he trained him with the best strategy and sparring partners so he can go out and perform.
"He hired people who are equally smart. He didn't hire boxing trainers; he just hired other people who could assist him in his thinking.

Joshua quit Rob McCracken, his long-time trainer, and set up camp in Loughborough with No2 Angel Fernandez.
Garcia, a highly respected cornerman, has flown in from California to offer an additional set of eyes.
Joshua and Usyk are currently in negotiations to rematch the fight in August in Saudi Arabia. An announcement is expected soon.
