AJ has been urged by some to draw inspiration from Iron Mike's vengeful style in his rematch against Oleksandr Usyk.
Joshua said that there won't be another Tyson, just as Floyd Mayweather did.
He stated, "Look at football. Floyd Mayweather's the Lionel Messi of boxing. Cristiano Ronaldo is the Cristiano Ronaldo."
Mike Tyson is not for everyone. Mike Tyson was sent by heaven to bless us with his boxing talents.
Mike is an exceptional specimen. Although I can learn from Mike Tyson, I will never be Mike Tyson.
"He was an individual case in my view. It will be much harder this time.
"In my heart I want to throw punches at him to hurt him. But I'm not Mike Tyson."
"I am the taller man with the longer reach. I will use these elements."
AJ vs Usyk 2, date, live stream and TV station for blockbuster rematch
Joshua, 32 years old, will rematch Usyk (35), in Saudi Arabia after his September points defeat to the Ukrainian.
Tyson, 56 years old, shared his opinion on the fight for the unified title on Instagram Live.
He stated that Usyk is fast and outpunched Joshua by his jab. "It's going to be difficult to beat Usyk."
"It's going to be difficult to beat Usyk because, he's fast, and he outpunched Joshua using his jab.
"Joshua must learn how to handle his jab. He couldn't manage his jab or his movement.
Joshua is too fast for him. Joshua must put tremendous pressure on him, and keep it up all night.
"He's a strong puncher, but he isn't as accurate. You have to be exact against someone like that.
"Because he moves such a lot, the jab has an education and just outsmarts him.
