ANTHONY JOSHUA displayed his bulging biceps during his last training session before his fight against Oleksandr Usyk.
31-year-old British heavyweight champion is getting ready for his big clash with the Ukrainian at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next year.
Joshua is in great shape as he prepares for the fight, with the intention of taking on Tyson Fury in an All-British Unification fight.
AJ was supposed to fight the Gypsy King (33 years old) this summer, but Fury forced Fury to face Deontay Wilder in their third and final fight.
Joshua is still focused and looks in great shape as he prepares for his fight against Usyk in North London.
He uploaded two photos to his Instagram, sharing his post-workout warm down routine using a PS225 massage gun from Pulse Roll.
AJ captioned the snaps with the following: "Unlock all the knots @pulseroll"
Scientifically, the massage gun can aid muscle recovery. It can reduce soreness and swelling the next day. It can also increase blood flow, which helps to flush out painful lactic acid.
BETTING SPECIAL - GET PS40 IN FREE BETS FOR THE YORK EBOR FESTIVALJoshua won't have it all his way at Tottenham's stadium, September. Usyk is in great shape too.
He will be fighting his third heavyweight fight as he faces WBO, WBA, and IBF king Joshua.
Usyk unified the cruiserweight division and decided to move up into the land the giants.
Some critics believe that the Ukrainian team will be too small to be world champions.
However, judging from his most recent training photos, Usyk shouldn't be afraid of his big night at the Tottenham Stadium lights.
Joshua shared earlier this week the heart-pumping trailer of his upcoming fight.
David Haye, a fellow Brit, believes that AJ will be able defeat his opponent with his jab due to his size.
Haye stated that AJ is 6ft 6in tall and an absolute specimen. He is one of the greatest athletes in the heavyweight division.
"That's a knockout loss for Usyk.
"I don't see AJ ever having any problems.
"I'll tell ya exactly what punch it is - a jab right hand, then straight jab again.
"The jab will knock Usyk out. With a jab, he will knock Usyk out."
