Anthony Joshua may have to give up his world title if Oleksandr Usyk wins in a rematch. He also has to fight Tyson Fury.

ANTHONY JOSHUA may have to give up one of his world title belts if he defeats Oleksandr Uzyk.

The Watford boxer lost his second pro bout when he was defeated by the Ukrainian in September.

Both have reached an agreement on a rematch. The finer details of when and where to fight will still need to be worked out.

If AJ can somehow beat Usyk, it could bring the Tyson Fury dream back.

However, this might not be the right thing for everyone.

Robert Helenius could be pushed by the WBA to win his chance at the title.

This could be AJ giving up his belt to sign the multimillion pound fight against Brit Fury.

Sky Sports spoke to Helenius' manager Markus Sundman, who explained that they are currently focusing on the WBA mandatory position.

"Robert fought Adam Kownacki in a WBA elimination bout. He placed a stamp upon that win in the rematch on Oct 9.

Robert should be fighting Usyk in his next fight.

"We will do everything necessary to ensure Robert's rightful place as Usyk’s next WBA mandatory.

"In the end we have respect for Gilberto [Mendoza] as president, and we believe that they will ultimately do the right thing and formally appoint Robert as the next mandatory.

Robert must submit the WBA mandatory next.

WBA will likely allow Joshua-Usyk to continue before pushing for Helenius' fight against the winner.

Joshua is now enjoying some downtime Stateside following his recent loss.

The 32-year old is visiting gyms with big names in the hopes of adding more weapons to their arsenal.

After training with Mike Tyson's former coach Ronnie Shields, the American has been instructed to "turn him into an animal" for the big rematch.
