Joshua shared a tribute on his Instagram account to the 37 year-old.

Joshua said that he was motivated by thoughts of his OG in preparation for his blockbuster rematch against Oleksandr Usyk.

AJ shared a photo of Chisora on Instagram: "This is me OG!"

He led the way and he was a leader! He is a motivator for me and the young boxers who are coming up through the ranks.

"It is important to honor our people while they're still here!"

Joshua signed up his sparring partner earlier this year to his 258 Management company.

When he entered the Finchley Amateur Boxing Club, the Watford fighter looked up to the heavyweight veteran.

After being floored by Parker three times in Manchester, Chisora displayed a lot of his trademark resilience.

He was on the verge of a violent stoppage, but he returned with enough courage to convince Howard Foster and his side to allow the action to continue.

It was Chisora's 12th career loss, and Parker suggested that he should retire.

The man, however, has other ideas. He claimed that he already plans to return within six months.

Joshua is back in the gym in preparation for his attempt to regain the WBA, IBF and WBO titles that he lost in September to Ukraine's Usyk.

It is anticipated that the fight will take place in early next year. Eddie Hearn, the promoter of the fight, has been to the Middle East recently to look for possible venues.
