ANTHONY JOSHUA was warned that he might be 'devastatingly knocked unconscious' if he takes a gung ho approach to his rematch against Oleksandr Usyk.
The Watford warrior will try to reclaim his Ukrainian conqueror's unified heavyweight titles early next year.
Anthony Joshua will rematch Oleksandr Uzyk in the early part of next year
AJ has vowed to not outbox Usyk again and to make the fight into a battle, something that the slick southpaw's former sparring partner Dave Allen believes could go against him.
TalkSPORT was informed by The White Rhino that Anthony Joshua will make it a totally different match-up.
"I believe he will rush Usyk and try to impose his physical strength, and size.
"But that's not how to beat Oleksandr. Oleksandr is too clever.
"His power was causing problems to Anthony in the first fight, and I believe that if Anthony is to march on one, he will be taken out quite devastatingly.
"I believe I know how to defeat Oleksandr Usyk. But is there anyone alive who can beat him?" I don't know.
"I don’t believe Anthony Joshua has the qualities to do what’s necessary.
"I believe Anthony will take greater risks this time, and I think he will bring a game plan that's aggressive."

"But, I think that might leave him open to Usyk’s speed and superior boxing abilities."
Allen is certain Joshua will take revenge on his London 2012 Olympian friend, but he doesn't see Tyson Fury winning the battle.
He stated, "Usyk won convincingly." He outboxed and out-fought him. At times, he even beat him in a fight. He did everything. To be fair, it was quite one-sided.
"It's true that they are both Olympic gold medallists but their boxing abilities are light years apart.
They did not know how to approach it. He was walking towards the ring and asking for help.
"Anthony, your 6ft 6ins and 18 stone make you the heavyweight champion of this world. Believe in yourself.
"Get a gameplan, train and believe it, then go into the ring to impose your strength and size on Usyk.
"But I doubt we'll ever see that. "I think Usyk has an answer for everything."
He said: "I believe Tyson Fury is the only man capable of defeating Oleksandr Usyk."
Oleksandr Usyk is the only man who can beat Tyson Fury.
"So, it would be the greatest heavyweight fight likely since Muhammad Ali vs Joe Frazier.
"I believe it's so big, I think that the fight would be that huge."
"Oleksandr Uzyk vs Tyson Fury would be one the most important fights in boxing history."
Joshua and Usyk will renew their rivalry in early next year. SunSport understands that the pair are planning to rematch for late March or early April.
