Rob McCracken, Team GB mentor, is expected to be the most prominent casualty. AJ will leave his Sheffield base.

Joshua's entourage has lost Joby Clayton, the assistant trainer who was widely criticised for loudly applauding some of Joshua’s worst performances as he fell to a unanimous points loss.

Fernandez, who trains his students out of Loughborough University, was on Monday working alongside the WBA, IBF, and WBO champions.

AJ had a great time with the Spain-born trainer. They worked on throwing left hooks to the body, and AJ also inspired some youngsters who train at the same Leicestershire facility.

AJ posted a picture of himself with Matty Harris, rising heavyweight ace on Instagram.

They always say that if you are looking for someone to train or meet, you will find them at a place where hard work takes place.

"This is where hustlers meet."

After the Tottenham dethronement, in which Usyk, 35 years old, won the action despite Joshua's height, reach and body advantages AJ went on a tour to the USA to audition trainers.

Eddy Reynoso (Canelo's mastermind), Vergil Hunter (defense guru) and Ronnie Shields (ex-Mike Tyson trainer) were all on hand for a whistle stop tour through America's top gyms.

Joshua moved to Dubai, where he trained with Anthony Wilson at Binous 1 gym.

Floyd Mayweather, an undefeated ring veteran, even attended one session while on a business trip in the UAE. He watched one session on the heavy bags.

April was the month chosen for the Usyk rematch, but Joshua is still to announce his new plan.

Chris Eubank Jr., a fellow 32-year old, enjoyed the same grueling sessions as his friend in Middle East. He believes that a drastic change is better then going stale.

SunSport's middleweight asked, "Is it a huge risk?" "I believe it is less risk than staying with him and doing the same thing.

"You must make adjustments, improve, and evolve. Sometimes you become too comfortable and stale.

"AJ wants to get out his comfort zone. This is the right thing to be doing.

It's very difficult to change your fighting style later on in life. It is easier to be younger than you think.

It is easier to mold younger people. It is difficult to change if you are an experienced fighter, but it is possible.

"You can't change a 32 year-old.

"When it gets difficult, you will get hurt. That is when your foundations and base will show. You can always improve and add to it.
