Chris Eubank Jr, AJ's former training partner, insists that AJ is as motivated today as he was when he became a global star.
NextGen spoke out about his training with Joshua in an interview with Sky Sports. He said that he was hungry.
"Despite all the money he has earned and all the fights he won, there is still hunger which is a huge blessing."
He is looking for a new trainer to help him improve his techniques and beat Usyk.
"I would love that.
"He proved in his second fight against Andy Ruiz Jr. that he can change game-plans and learn lessons from his mistakes."
Joshua, 32, is looking for a head coach to replace Usyk who lost him in their Tottenham tussle last October.
Eubank Jr. is a master at seeking out advice from new eyes. He has been training with Eddy Reynoso, as well as Roy Jones Jr. as a head trainer.
He stated that after a loss, one thinks: "How can I make it better?" He asked, "How can I make things better?"
"It didn't work, so you can't do it again."
"You must find someone you feel connected with. "Don't just go to the first person you meet. Visit America and other countries.

Joshua is scheduled to face the Ukrainian in the spring after a last-minute attempt to schedule a fight with Tyson Fury or Usyk.
Fury, the WBC titleholder, claimed that the undisputed bout was canceled because Joshua and Dillian Whyte wanted too many dollars.
Fury responded to a tweet that revealed the defeat of the bout.
