Anthony Joshua Steps In for Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua has agreed to step in for Tyson Fury and will provide Saudi Arabia with an exciting fight on December 23. Fury was originally scheduled to face Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh for the undisputed decider, but Joshua has taken his place.
Opponents Revealed
Joshua, 34, will be taking on Swedish southpaw Otto Wallin, who previously caused a major cut to Fury's eye during their 2019 bout. Meanwhile, Deontay Wilder, another opponent of Fury, will face Joseph Parker, Fury's training partner.
Joshua's Change of Plans
Originally, Joshua had planned to have a warm-up fight in March and then go for the IBF heavyweight title. However, the lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia convinced him to change his plans and participate in this mega-money event.
Upcoming Fury vs. Usyk Fight
Fury and Usyk are expected to settle the score and compete for all four belts on February 17 or 24 in the Kingdom Arena. A press conference to announce this highly anticipated bout is expected to take place soon.

Usyk's Desire for History
Usyk expressed his desire to finish his career by fighting Fury and becoming the undisputed world champion at two weights. For him, it's not about money or belts, but about making history.
