ANTHONY JOSHUA could have his rematch moved back to July for Oleksandr Usyk.

After Usyk's departure from war-torn Ukraine for his training camp, the heavyweights appeared set to tie their return tie in June.

Dan Rafael said that Alexander Krassyuk and Eddie Hearn, the promoters of the event, are now targeting a July 12th date.

Although June 25 was initially discussed, Usyk only recently began preparations for the contract rematch.

Saudi Arabia is also considered a possible host, despite temperatures of up to 43C during July, which is their hottest month.

Joshua, 32, was shocked by Andy Ruiz Jr (also 32) in June 2019. Their rematch took place six months later in Saudi Arabia.
