ANTHONY JOSHUA has called it quits on Tyson Fury, his big rival - and revealed that they sparred for a new Rolex watch.
When he first faced the Gypsy King, the former British world heavyweight champion was just an amateur.
AJ said that he had read in Boxing News that Fury was visiting London to find sparring partners - and that if they knocked him down, they would receive his Rolex watch.
Sky Sports' Joshua said that Joshua was unaware of Tyson's identity.
"I read in Boxing News that he was asking around London gyms if they could knock him out so he can keep his Rolex.
"Me and him had an open war. Both of us have heart.
He was not able to get me out of his way. He stated that he would be the champion of the world one-day, and urged everyone to watch out for him.
"And he got it right."
After Joshua's defeat, any talk of Tyson Fury and AJ fighting has been put on hold.
Joshua will face the Ukrainian in a heavyweight rematch later this summer.
Dillian Whyte and Fury will be facing off on April 23.
