Browne was stopped by Beterbiev in round ten despite the bloody gash.

He suffered a severe gash to his forehead after the accident collision.

Browne walked away with his own cut, which was opened just above his eyes.

Despite the cut Beterbiev won with an emphatic knockout.

Browne was hit by a Russian bullet in round 10. He failed to regain his balance.

Fans would love to see Beterbiev fight Canelo Alvarez, who is arguably the greatest pound-for–pound boxer on Earth.

Canelo must go back to 175, however, in order to make that happen.

Beterbiev stated after the fight: "We're ready for any fight.

"We are ready to take on the best. To be the best, one must beat the best.

"I feel good. We won the battle.

"This gash is just one more experience in my career.

"Boxing is a sport and you never know what could happen."
