Coach Sugarhill Steward has revealed a rare glimpse into Tyson Fury’s training to fight Dillian Howte.
Sugarhill is at Fury's personal training facility in Morecombe, where he is accompanied by the WBC heavyweight champion.
The Gypsy King had promised a social media ban and has mostly kept his word, with the exception of a promotional video.
Sugarhill, the nephew of Emanuel Steward, is also an excellent speaker.
The American cornerman teased what they believe will be a sign for things to come by posting a video on the pads.
Fury throws a combination of one-two and Sugarhill captions it: "Practise Practise Practise."

He also said, "Knockout time."
They first teamed up in 2020, before Fury's rematch against Deontay Wilder (36), which they won in round seven.
It took Wilder 11 rounds to be beaten in the epic Las Vegas trilogy fight last October.
Fury, 33 years old, is now preparing for his first fight in the UK after five years. He is ready to assert his authority against Whyte.
