After being bitten by a monster, the American was left lying on the ground and the contest was ended in the fourth round.

McBroom began the fight on the offensive, having scored a knockdown in the first round.

He failed to capitalize on his success early, hitting the deck twice in round three, and then being floored three more times in round four.

McBroom was immediately taken to the hospital after he suffered a brutal beating in his debut professional boxing bout.

He was taken to the hospital for a medical check-up.

McBroom, whose Social Gloves was promoting the event is yet to comment as he failed post-fight to speak in the ring and on any of his social media channels.

AnEsonGib, who took to Twitter to express his dismay, stated simply: "No Mercy."

He also tweeted: "Very thankful for the UK and YouTube Boxing community."

Gib said in a post-fight interview that he had made the following comment: "I flew all of the way to America to KKO the CEO.

"That's how I came to do it; all respect to Austin McBroom; he invited me to the first Social Gloves and this Social Gloves.

"Without him, I wouldn't be able to have my redemption story." All respect to him.

"I have my revenge, I have my redemption. I've worked so hard in the gym, and I'm going on. I look forward to my next fight.

"Right now make sense of whatever makes money.

"We'll see who my opponent is and we'll be able to predict the future."
