However, Arum and Catterall were not satisfied with their verdict and believed Catterall was wrongly stripped of the four titles.

Taylor, 31 years old, secured his position as the unified king last May when he defeated Jose Ramirez (29), a feat he was unable to duplicate in Glasgow.

BoxingScene was told by Arum that he was "terrible."

"It's one of the worst fights I've ever seen, and I've been watching most of his fights in the past couple years.

"He sure didn't look like Ramirez."

After the chaos, the British Boxing Board of Control has officially investigated the split-decision verdict.

Arum, a 90-year-old Hall of Famer, supported the controversial result in his EIGHTH decade of professional sports.

He stated that he didn't believe it was a good fight. I don't know what they are talking about.

"I thought Taylor would win by at most a few points."

Catterall is disappointed to learn that Taylor will be moving up to welterweight and is denying Catterall a rematch for their 140lb titles.

Arum stated that he had spoken to him. We will evaluate him with a nutritionist to determine what he should be doing.

"So, he emotionally said [he must] move up. He said that he had a nutritionist to help him fight this battle, but it is not clear how qualified the nutritionist was.

"And that's what we'll do in the coming weeks."
