Sparring Drama
Boxer Kalvin Henderson recently revealed that he bloodied Jake Paul up so badly during a sparring session that he was kicked out of the training camp. Henderson was selected as one of the sparring partners to help Paul prepare for his bout against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
Training Camp Fallout
Footage from the camp in Dubai showed Paul getting his nose wiped after the intense sparring session where Henderson left him bloodied. Henderson explained that he was asked to give Paul a certain look to mimic Fury's style but was later criticized for not being aggressive enough.
Getting the Boot
After the intense sparring session, Henderson was told he was no longer needed in the camp and was sent back home. Despite the drama, Henderson admitted he was impressed by Paul's athleticism and believes the fight against Fury was competitive.
Future Fight Strategies
Reflecting on his time sparring with Paul, Henderson advised Mike Tyson to play the long game against the younger boxer, should they face off. He suggested putting pressure on Paul, making him burn out, and then looking to catch him with a good shot in the later rounds.

Upcoming Matches
With a record of 19-2-1, Henderson is set to return to the ring in December at light-heavyweight. Meanwhile, Paul continues to build his career in boxing with four wins under his belt since his defeat to Fury.
