BRITAIN'S rising boxing star Ben Whittaker faced unexpected backlash from fans over his entrance, with many branding it the "worst ever."
Controversial Entrance
Whittaker, who remains undefeated in seven fights, faced criticism for his elaborate Diversity-themed ringwalk before outpointing Leon Willings.
The street dancer led troupe Diversity, Ashley Banjo, reportedly choreographed the unconventional entrance, featuring tumbling dancers, cloud effects, and streaks of fire.
Fan Backlash
Viewers took to social media to criticize the ringwalk, likening it to a performance better suited for Eurovision.

Responses included: "the worst you've ever seen," "Didn't realize we were back at GCSE drama," and "Underwhelming."
Despite the negative feedback, a few fans praised Whittaker's unique style and supported his performance.
After the spectacle, Whittaker went on to comfortably defeat Willings with a score of 78-73 on the referee's card.
While some fans urged Whittaker to maintain his style, others expressed concerns that the young boxer might be getting ahead of himself.
