Anthony Joshua, before Oleksandr Usyk's rematch defeat

Canelo, despite his defeat and weight disadvantage, recently stated that he was still available to face the heavyweight champion.

Bivol, however, warned his counterpart and stated that he would rather fight AJ.

According to the Russian, iFL TV reported that "Canelo-Usyk?" Canelo against Joshua is a better fight, I believe. It will be much better.

Joshua, 32, weighed 17st 4lb, before Usyk, 35, lost to him in their rematch. Usyk had been defeated in September last year.

Canelo (32), last boxed at 12 st 7lb light heavyweight in defeat to Bivol (31).

He returns to 12st to defend the super-middleweight title against Gennady Gorlovkin (40) on September 17.

This means that he would give away more than FIVE STONE to Joshua.

Even Usyk, at 15st 11lb, would be almost four times as heavy as Canelo.

It will not stop him from challenging his fellow pound for pound star.

Canelo answered a question about Usyk fighting: "It is difficult, but it doesn't matter to me." That kind of challenge is what I enjoy.

It's going to be hard, I know. But I love boxing. That kind of situation is what I enjoy.
