Dubois was able to defeat Masiokaite

Although the Youth Olympics gold girl did not win a medal at this summer's Tokyo games, she is fast being tracked for world title belts.

With a flurry of punches following Masiokaite around, the first round of her career flew past.

Dubois was so confident with her footwork and young reflexes that she let her guard down at her waist for the majority of the stanza.

Dubois was able to surprise everyone with her knockout. Despite the fact that women's rounds are still only two minutes long, it is rare for knockouts to occur.

Veteran Masiokaite, aged 34, was able to deal with the variety of blows coming her way in a blur.

It looked at times like Dubois would win the battle early. But Masiokaite fought back and forced the fight to the end.

After a peach of left hands from the London southpaw, Masiokaite dropped to her knees, Masiokaite managed to finish the third.

Dubois expected a count from the referee, but Masiokaite didn't fully hit the deck so the pasting went on once Dubois realized.

The fourth was a case of the Brit being too eager to please, and her aggressive tactics made her look clumsy in just a few flashes.

She relaxed, picked up her shots, and showed all the promise she has shown since she was a BOY named Colin to lighten up old-fashioned boxing trainers.

The future world champion finished the rounds, peppering the Lithuanian player with a variety of shots.

Although the crowd's roaring rendition of Sweet Caroline drowned out the prospect in his post-fight interview, we will soon hear more of this sensation.
