Chris Eubank Jr believes that Liam Williams' attempt to persuade him into a prefight row was an indication of weakness

CHRIS EUBANK JR believes Liam Williams' attempt to get him into a prefight row was weakness.

Williams hurled insults at his opponent during Thursday's press conference ahead of Saturday's Cardiff showdown. Kalle Sauerland, the promoter, pulled Eubank Jr., 32, out of the room.

Before the Englishman pulled away, the Welshman whispered insults to Eubank Jr.

But the Brighton son of British ring legend Chris Sr reckons the Welshman is all-talk-and-no-action.

He stated that it was easy to maintain my cool, as it was a sign weakness. Again, he was all bark and none bite. This is the second time he did it at a press conference.

"He tried to help me take photos, but I refused to listen. He looked weak.

"As we draw closer to the fight, he will become more emotional and will feel a lot worse that night."

Eubank will be welcomed by a hostile crowd who will have seen the Six Nations match on TV, and will have consumed plenty of alcohol to relax their loud Welsh voices.

He insists that he will remain cool and ice-cool when he enters the Dragon's Den to feel the heat.

"Location makes no difference," he said. It won't affect my tactics nor the outcome.

It might help him a bit, if he requires it, but it is business for me. It doesn't matter what cheers or boos are made of, it doesn’t affect me.

"We have the style to make an epic fight, and I will prove my doubters and haters wrong, as always.

"People don't believe in me since day one, and that makes the job more fun and exciting."

Williams will only have enough time to watch the rugby from his hotel room before heading to the arena. He believes that a win for Wales, aided by the anthem, will get him in the mood.

He stated that he couldn't imagine him leaving the room until the end of the game.

"I will be motivated, I might run across the arena, punch some people along the route, and give him the final touches.

"I don’t like him. He is a terrible person. He is not worth my time.

"The fight is over, I have to lose weight, then fight on Saturday, so we can keep our energy, our positive energy, and use it on Saturday night."

The 31-year old answered the question, "Beat him up," and he didn't take too long to think about it.

"Inflict pain. It doesn't really matter what it is, so long as I beat him up and put him back into his box. For a moment, silence him.
