The talk of a rematch began again, but Saunders who won by split-decision admitted that only PS5million would persuade him to agree.

Eubank Jr. hasn't ruled out the purse, but insists he is driving the car as he becomes more confident about obtaining revenge.

He stated that "That fight would generate lots of money, it is not absurd, however, I'm not the man who runs the business."

"The fight will be won, Saunders has no other place to go. He can only fight me.

"Eddie [Hearn] was speaking in an interview the other night, basically trying sell that Saunders would the A-side.

He doesn't own a belt, credibility, he lacks the following I do and he is left with no other options than zero.

"Whereas, you've seen that I have the world, there are so many fights for me, so he's in no way the A side.

"He doesn't have bargaining chips and he can't demand anything."

Saunders, the two-weight world champion has now admitted that his career is in jeopardy after he was defeated by Canelo in May.

After an uppercut, which left him with four facial fractures, he was removed in round eight by the Mexican star, 31.

Six months prior, Saunders, 31, had criticised Daniel Dubois (23), after the heavyweight took to the ground and was compared against Joe Joyce, 35.

Dubois sustained a similar horror-eye injury. However, Saunders stated that he should have been able to 'carry out of the ring' rather than sitting out.

Eubank Jr. slammed his former adversary, his words coming back to bite.

He stated that "He wasn’t the man he claimed to have been or believed he was." He did something embarrassing and shameful by quitting after being hurt. Yes.

"But, if the man hadn't said the things that he did leading up to the fight and made the comments before, it wouldn't be so bad.

It's possible for people to forget about it all. He did it all and said it all before he went and does it again after declaring he would 'die in a ring'.

"And, two fractured eye sockets, a broken arm and a dislocated cervical and whatever 'I'm not going to give up', and then he gives in literally after the first hit that you take. It was incredible.

"And that's why I placed a PS10,000 wager on him and donated the money to charity afterward because I was certain he would swallow it.

"I'D BLOW HIM AWAY FROM THE WATER NOW"

Although Saunders was defeated for the first time in the incident, Eubank Jr admitted that his old foe would not be as quick to repeat the feat if they were to meet again.

He asked him: "Would you do the same for me?" He and I have a lot in common. We both take pride in our beef.

"But, I'd blow he out of the water now. When we fought six to seven years ago, however long it took, we were on the same level.

"Even though I didn't do anything after six rounds, I still had a split decision. Since then, I've improved tenfold and feel like the same guy.

"That fight is exciting and I would gladly do it if it happens."
