CHRIS EUBANK JR will be facing 'The Machine' Liam Williams, an all-British bout for middleweight.
After months of back and forth on social media, the pair will face off in Cardiff on Saturday.
Eubank Jr. fought in the last fight as recently as October
After wins against Marcus Morrison last year and Wanik Awdijan last year, rumors arose that Eubank Jr would fight Gennady Gorlovkin.
SunSport revealed exclusively that plans to fight Triple G have been rescheduled until the summer.
He will instead take on Williams, a 29-year-old Brit in a delicious all-British bout.
Next Gen has won 30 of his 32 career fights, losing only to George Groves or Billy Joe Saunders.
Williams has now won 23 of his 27 fights, losing three and drawing one.
In April, his last fight with Demetrius Andrade, a WBO middleweight champion, ended in defeat.
Eubank Jr. has 22 knockouts to his record, compared with Williams' 18. The pair have a similar KO ratio.
The son of Eubank Sr is the tallest in height and reach.
He is 5ft 11in tall, one inch shorter than his opponent Williams, and has a three-inch longer reach.
Both men are strict fighters in their stances, and they seem to have little to no splitting when it is about the stats.
There's a lot at stake, with the winner of this bout likely to have a chance at the title in their next fight.
Motorpoint Arena is packed and ready for the spectacle.
