CLARESSA SHIELDS can be a world champion in boxing or MMA, as she looks at the Professional Fighters League season.
Holly Holm, a UFC legend and recently inducted boxing Hall of Famer, holds titles in both combat codes.
Shields, who considers herself The Greatest Women of All Time (and she could be changing that),
Double Olympic golds, undisputed world titles and belts across three divisions are not enough for the bold American.

Shields is currently focusing on her super-fight against Savannah Marshall for unification, which will be held in London on September 10.

She is expected to make a quick turnaround and return to MMA in November, in hopes of fighting next year in the PFL's Season.
This would give Shields the opportunity to win PFL's $1million cash award and also to add an MMA World title to her name.
Even though she is often an outsider and underdog in boxing, the boxing star has a lot of expectations wherever she fights.
Shields stated that "people feel like I have potential to be a MMA World Champion in 2023 – which I do – but it's still going be a lot pressure.
"Everybody is going to want to see me do amazing things, even during the PFL season.
"There is always pressure. Even if I am the underdog at the PFL or in boxing, it's because of the things I've done.
"It is impossible to go out and perform without having a good fight. It messes up with all my hard work.
"I have to keep going and be better than the last fight. There is always pressure.
"Even though I have only been doing MMA for a short time, everyone thinks I am a super-women."
"That's why it's September in boxing, and November in MMA."
The PFL season has two regular season fights where fighters can earn points for their method of victory.
The top four qualify for the playoffs. This semi-final will determine the final two.
The $1m prize cheque will be up for grabs as the finalist fights in an exciting winner-take-all finale.
After her grudge match against Marshall, 31, Shields plans to concentrate on MMA. There will be four middleweight titles on the line.
She has experienced defeat only twice in her entire life, the most recent being last October in the PFL box.
One was against Marshall in amatuer boxing, which Marshall has always wanted to mention when she gets the chance.
Shields stated: "I wanted MMA to challenge me.
"Even the amatuer lose ten years back, I was 17 and, for those who don’t know, now I’m 27!
"If you live off a win from ten year ago, Lord have mercy.
"But, as the world moves forward, I won two months later the Olympics and have been the best, most outstanding person ever since.

"I was disappointed that I lost the PFL. But it was a split decision and I did many things well in that fight. I had great things to learn from.
"But losing is a pain, even if you have been doing it for a year. For me, winning is my goal and I won't ever experience losing again."
