While Eubank Jr., 32, acknowledged at the press conference that training had not started yet, Benn, 25 is ahead of schedule.

Jordan Flynn (unbeaten light-welterweight), 26, is part the Tony Sims gym, where Benn is training for the fight.

SunSport spoke with Flynn: "He's already been smashing it with runs, I think that he has the record for fastest run in the triangular run.

"He did it in four minutes and three seconds. So he was already faster than he has ever been at camp.

"He's already flying and he's so far away."

Benn will need to gain 10lb over his normal 147lb weight, with the bout at 157lb.

Eubank Jr, on the other side, is a career middleweight at 160lb and has campaigned as high 168lb.

Flynn has seen Benn fight super-middleweight John Ryder 34 times and is not concerned by the gap between them.

He stated, "He's looking huge, I can't lie.

"The problem is that Conor is already overweight so he will still need to lose weight in order to reach the weight they are fighting for.

"He's still going be strong and big, plus he spars with big guys.

"He spars John Ryder. Big guys come in for sparring every day." Conor is big enough to be a big man.

Flynn said that Benn's weight loss is not a concern.

He said: "His power, it's different.

"I know Eubank has been in with big punchers, like George Groves, but it's another kind of power.

"Conor is a natural explosive. It has more power than I would have thought.

"Eubank will be shocked, I think he may take Conor lightly.

Conor might be too small for Eubank, and it will be a walkover. But Conor is going to be shocked because no one works as hard.

Flynn is preparing for his seventh fight at the O2 as he battles catchweight at the Kassam stadium in Oxford.

He stated, "It's very beneficial for me to be training amongst them. It's amazing. It inspires me to continue pushing myself and fight for big fights.

"Especially in the gym, you can't hide as well. You have to keep up with Conor when he's running with the rest of the group.

"It is important to keep up with the others and do the same things, it helps me be ready for my fight."

His fight will take place on October 15, just one week before Benn Jr and Eubank Jr renew the family feud.

Flynn said that he was likely to be there but had not yet decided. It's too important to miss it!
