CONOR BEN is ready to gain weight in a big-money clash with Chris Eubank Jr.
Nigel Benn, the 25-year old son of Chris Jr., said that Brighton's son won an impressive points victory over Liam Williams.
Conor Benn revealed that he is ready to gain weight in order to face Chris Eubank Jr.
The idea was entertained by Eubank Jr., a middleweight, but Eubank Jr. questioned whether the welterweight was serious about the possibility of reviving their legendary rivalry of two fights.
Benn, who is now close to a world title shot at 10st 7lbs, insists that he is seriously contemplating packing on some weight and making lots of money too with a move towards Eubank Jr.'s 11st 6lbs home.
He roared when he was asked if he would fight Eubank at the middle ground 11st (154lbs) and he replied: "Any day of week!"
"I currently weigh in at super-middle (12st), but if my top is up, I still have abs. It is not a lie that I smoke, but people think it.
"I feel strong at 154lbs (11st) and I am walking at super-middle.
"I sparred middleweights in my training and flew in a supermiddle from France to fight my last fight.

"They come to the gym thinking that they can impose their weight upon you, and then I let 2-3-4 punches fall and they don’t want me to know."
When asked if he would postpone his ambitions for the world title at 147lbs to fight in the catchweight novelty bout, he replied: "It's a matter of whether I would prefer the money or my belts."
"In my current circumstances, I would prefer the belts all day because the money always follows. The main goal is always to obtain those belts.
"I am among the top five with every sanctioning body, and I am always calling Eddie Hearn to ask how I can get a world title shot.
"And once that goal is achieved, it will be'show us the money'."
