CONOR MCGREGOR'S manager stated that Floyd Mayweather knows he will lose to Manny Pacquiao and UFC star Manny Pacquiao, so he will not be rematch.
Mayweather, 45 has offered The Notorious $159m to rerun their 2017 showdown.
Conor McGregor, UFC's star fighter, was defeated by Floyd Mayweather in 2017.
Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao in 2015.
Money defeated the UFC star in their initial fight. He won in ten rounds, before announcing his retirement.
Although Mayweather decided to hang up his gloves, he has been back for lucrative exhibitions against Tenshin Naukawa, Logan Paul, and Don Moore.
Audi Attar, who manages McGregor & Pacquiao, poked fun at Mayweather's match with Paul and said that the 50-0 legend would swerve to his star clients.
Attar said last year to Dubai Eye 103.8 Sport: "I believe Conor vs Floyd again. He beats me." It's not something Floyd would ever do.
"Floyd is taking YouTubers as a pay check right now. Floyd could fight Manny Pacquiao, but you won't see that happening.
"Floyd could fight Conor McGregor in a rematch. But you don't think he will.

He'll take a Logan Paul. He will take the young Japanese fighter that he fought before.
"I believe that's what Floyd is going to do. Floyd knows he would lose if Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor took on him."
McGregor was defeated by Mayweather in his first boxing match and has been requesting a rematch.
After breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264, he is now working towards an MMA return.
Mayweather, 29, has confirmed that he will be fighting again in September against Mikuru Asakura (MMA star).
