Daniel Dubois seems to have leaked that Tommy Fury will be fighting Jake Paul in December
Now, however, Dubois, a Brit ace, appears to have confirmed that the fight WILLgo on.
Heavyweight ace, the ace in heavyweight, revealed that he was on the undercard for the main event and asked fans to not take it too seriously.
Dubois stated to GiveMeSport that "it is what it is man." It's going be lively, it will be fun, and it's going be a great show.
"People shouldn’t take it too seriously.
"I believe I'm out there on Miami's undercard."
"I look forward to it."
SunSport believes a deal has been reached for a December blockbuster showdown.
Both fighters were seen on the same card on August 28th, with Paul defeating ex-UFC champion Tyron Whiteley, 39, in eight rounds.
Fury, 22 years old, sparred with YouTube star Anthony Taylor, 32 on points in a 4-rounder earlier in the evening.
Before security could stop them, the rival fighters clashed with each other backstage.
Soon after, negotiations began but Fury admitted publicly that he turned down two offers and believed he was being low-balled.
Paul's attempts to increase the deal to $1million and add pay-per view upsides were also rejected.
Frank Warren, Fury's promoter, recently said that talks were moving in the right direction and he was confident that a deal would be reached.
Warren's star Dubois seems to have now confirmed that the scrap will proceed.
