Joshua will fight British rival Tyson Fury in December for the WBC heavyweight title

This will be the 36-year old's first return to the ring since Tyson Fury knocked him out last year in their trio bout.

Joshua, like Wilder is coming off two losses after falling short twice to unbeaten Ukrainian star Oleksandr Uzyk.

The 32-year old is now set to return to work after Tyson Fury agreed to split the 60-40 purse terms in advance of a possible December 3 showdown.

It will allow AJ to claim the WBC belt - the only one he has yet to collect after being a WBA, WBO, and IBF champion.

Joshua, Olympic gold medallist, expects to have a contract in place "in the next few days" for a domestic dust-up against Fury.

Joshua's next fight is now in the spotlight, regardless of whether he reaches the pinnacle or loses his third straight.

Joshua and Wilder have never been able to reach an agreement over a fight in the past. However, Wilder now states the condition that Joshua must meet.

This is for both the promoters and the boxers to have a good time.

The Alabama native spoke on the Last Stand Podcast and said that he was willing to help everyone.

"I still want to whoop that a**. I won't rob the fans by not making that fight happen.

"I want that fight to take place. "I just want to know if they are for real."

When asked how the fight would be made, he replied: "We're going to have to go California and all of us just light one up to discuss it man."

"That's a great idea. It's easy to see Shelly Finkel passing the item to Eddie Hearn and Joshua passing it on to me. It's hilarious.
