DEONTAY WILDER challenged his future boyfriends to three rounds in the ring, to prove their worth.
Mike Tyson once said that "whatever you do, to my girl I'll do it to you". Anybody asking a child of a heavyweight champion to go on a date might want to find out what they're up for.
Deontay Wilder (right), has a challenge to his future boyfriends for his daughters
Wilder, a father to eight children, is seeing their kids grow up quickly. Wilder has shared how he helps guide his teenagers.
He has laid out his plans to make sure that her future partners are safe.
The PBC Podcast interviewer said that he bought his daughter a car when she was 16. This is the time to be independent and take responsibility for your actions.
"When it comes down to their fathers they always try to be sneaky, but they always tell my fiancée everything.
"The information will not come back to you, but I am always having conversations with my daughters - letting her know that they can talk to me about any topic.
"The man of the household is the one that the children think they can get around, but I tell them that there's nothing I can do that I haven’t done. You can’t fool me.
"I am not a disciplinarian. I talk to them and reason with them. It doesn't matter if it's boys or drugs... Your kids will do whatever you want.
"I have great kids. I don't have any problems." But I tell my girls to get a boyfriend. They must spar with me at least 3 rounds.
"So I am sure they can protect my little girl."
Tyson Fury will be fighting Wilder next month, with his WBC world title still on the line.
Due to Fury's positive coronavirus test, the contest was delayed.
He said, "They're trying run from it. I'm running for it." He didn't have Covid, I doubt it.
"I knew he wasn’t doing well at camp. He was being worked on by the young men. A young man from my camp was helping me to build him.
