Joyce is now on his way to a world title shot after he beat Christian Hammer recently to keep his WBO mandatory spot.

Problem is that Oleksandr Usyk (35), will be rematching Anthony Joshua (32) on August 20, which delays things.

The winner could also tempt Tyson Fury (33), WBC champion, to become an undisputed title decider.

Joyce, 36, is left waiting, but she's only interested in big fights like Wilder 36.

Promoter Warren stated to iFL TV, "I have no problem making that fight."

"Absolutely, I don't mind if it can be done.

"Why not try to do that fight?" It would be an amazing fight. It's not a problem.

"Ofcourse, it would if it landed. But can you picture Joe landing his [shots] on Joe's chin. It's not a problem. Shelly [Finkell] may be able to speak with me about it."

Joyce, 34, beat Hammer over four rounds after a year to win his return bout.

Warren stated, "Joe fights the 24th September. We are currently looking for opponents.

"We worked on it before the fight, hoping that he would come through, which he has.

"We want to be able to announce something for him early next week, and have it on sale.

"That's what I'm trying to do."
