Deontay Wilder's trainer reveals how Anthony Joshua beat Tyson Fury with Gypsy King.

Deontay Wilder's trainer told Anthony Joshua that he can beat Tyson Fury who is "more vulnerable than he has ever been".

The heavyweight rivals are close to a surprise deal to fight in Cardiff's Principality Stadium, which holds 75-000 people.

Joshua, 32, has suffered two consecutive points defeats to Oleksandr Uzyk, 35. This was most recently in Saudi Arabia.

Fury, 34, defeated Dillian Whyte (also 34) in a stunning match at Wembley on April 2.

Joshua has been encouraged by Malik Scott, the Gypsy King's coach, for his epic trilogy fight.

Scott, 41, said to Fair Betting Sites that it was a difficult job for AJ. However, he believes he has a pedigree and a gold medal. He also has the ability.

"AJ can punch, he is a strong child. He's big. You can almost see it when you consider all of his attributes.

"Let's go back. He could win. Personally, I believe that those who give him no chance at all are insane.

"I believe people who give AJ no shot at any - that's blasphemous. That is something I don't agree with.

"Very difficult fight, and when I say tough I mean very difficult to decide who I believe will win. Most people will answer, "How is it difficult?"

"Fury has been on fire. He has been smoking everyone. He's definitely more vulnerable than ever, though.

"Fury gives you the opportunity to hit him harder than ever before, and in heavyweight, I can't trust anyone that doesn't give me an opportunity to hit them.

He said it himself. He's very vulnerable. He is very vulnerable as fighter. He's also very vulnerable as a fighter, which is what makes him so exciting."

Fury was expected against Usyk to unify all four heavyweights belts.

The Ukrainian, however, has decided to stay out of the public eye until next year after he returned home to his war-torn family and home after months of training.

Fury then turned his attention towards AJ, who eventually agreed to a 60/40 split. He is currently in training for the Battle of Britain.

Scott assisted Joshua in the gym and cornered Wilder last October against Fury.

It came after 11 classic rounds in which Wilder (36) scored two knockdowns, but was subsequently floored three more times.

Scott argued that Fury isn't invincible, and cited his trips to the canvas for proof.

He stated that Fury gives you opportunities and that he takes the opposition as his own.

"That's why I predicted that Wilder would beat him in five rounds.

"And my prediction nearly came true because we knocked him out in the fourth round.

"That's because Tyson Fury walked straight to someone with his hands like that and just walked forward with his shoulder squared.

"It doesn't happen. He thinks he has control and he becomes more vulnerable.

"And I believed that Deontay could strike and keep him down if he did this with us."

"It almost happened. Fury is the reason it didn't happen. He stood up and went on doing what he was supposed to.

"But I believe that if you give Anthony Joshua or Deontay wilder the chance to hit you repeatedly, you can only have an unbeaten run."

"But then again this Tyson Fury. He has proven us wrong so many times. That's what makes him so exciting.
