Big Fight Announcement
Dillian Whyte is gearing up to take on Joe Joyce in a highly anticipated heavyweight clash that promises to be a real grudge match. The fight is set to headline a massive undercard event.
Background
Last year, Whyte made a strong comeback by defeating Christian Hammer and Ebenezer Tetteh in impressive fashion. On the other hand, Joyce decided against retirement after being pulled out of a rematch with Anthony Joshua due to an issue with his drug test.
What to Expect
The showdown between Whyte and Joyce is scheduled for April 5 at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena. This fight is expected to kickstart Frank Warren’s DAZN schedule following his recent departure from TNT Sports.
Undercard Action
Adding to the excitement, the undercard will feature a thrilling bout between Lawrence Okolie and Richard Riakporhe. Okolie, a former WBO cruiserweight champion, will face Riakporhe, who is making his move to heavyweight after a tough defeat in his last fight.
