EBANIE BRIDGES caught the attention of boxing fans when she won in fishnet tights.
The 34-year old Australian bantamweight, Bec Connolly, weighed in on Friday wearing nothing but a leopard-print tunic. Eddie Hearn, the married promoter, was forced to smile to conceal his blushes.
Ebanie bridges destroyed Bec Connolly using a third-round piledriver
The action was televised in Hearn's Essex garden, and the Blonde Bomber defeated her English opponent with a third round piledriver.
Bridges lost to Shannon Courtenay, Brit ace, on points last time. He said: "To be back at the UK and have my hand raised is incredible.
"Thanks to all who came to support me, I saw some Aussie flags among the crowd which was amazing.
"Having the fans and social media love is great, but I can't get very far without winning. So getting the win is awesome.
"I knew that I would bring her down to her body and then hit the head. That is why her right hand stopped her in her final moments."
Bridges delivered the first serious punch of the opener, when Connolly was hit with a right-hand.
A clash of heads in the second round caused some discomfort for the Aussie bombshell, but it did not affect her accuracy.
Bridges won the first round with a few body shots and then gave the Swindon lady an uppercut.
Connolly, a tattooed pinup, then dropped Connolly, 37 years old with a mean right handed that smashed her to the canvas.
Connolly fought bravely to beat the count, and it should not have been allowed for him to continue.
The ref waved them off and realized his error with the next punch. Bridges landed, Connolly stiffened and was saved.
