STRONGMAN Eddie Hall revealed that he gained almost ONE TON in weight during the Christmas weekend.
However, judging from the Instagram photo, his beautiful physique hasn't been affected.
The 33-year old is set to fight his arch-enemy Hafthor Bor Bjornsson in the ring this year.
Both giants were supposed to face off in September. However, Hall broke his bicep during the summer and the fight was postponed until 2022.
Hall shared a Christmas pose photo via Instagram and wrote: "5kg /11lbs on over the Xmas Weekend!" !
"Weighed 163kg today. Fair to say that the run was a bit harder today, but it was easy to train my legs.
"My nutritionist told me I could eat and drink anything .... After a year of eating chicken, rice, and vegetables, I feel my body and mind required it.
"Hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed quality time with their families."
