Hall weighed over 31 stone when Hall won the 2017 World's Strongest Man award

After his entry into boxing, the 33-year-old strongman legend has been training like a Spartan since then.

Hall was driven by a desire for defeating Thor and has now shed the 31.4 stone (200kg), frame that made him the World's Strongest Man in 2017.

Instead, "The Beast" now weighs in at a slim 24.8 stone (158kg).

Hall feels even more confident about his ability to bring down "The Mountain" next year, after he has found the perfect size for boxing.

Muscle and Health reported that he was nearly 200kg when he won the World's Strongest Man title.

"Right now, I'm weighing in at 158kg. So I'm about 40 kilos down.

To be honest, I'm happy to fight at 158kg. I will probably enter at this weight.

"My game plan is power, speed agility endurance, and speed.

"I can do ten 3-minute rounds very comfortably.

"I believe the third round will bring him to his knees. That's what I want.

Hall also works hard and eats 6,000 calories less each day.

Hall, however, has reduced his daily intake by half, despite it being more than twice the average amount.

He said, "In my Strongman days, I consumed upwards of 12,000 calories per day. This was just constant cow grazing.

Hall plans to keep his weight in the rescheduled fight next year

"All day, from the moment I woke up until the time I went to bed, I had meals. I was likely eating eight meals per day, with snacks and lots of liquids such as high-calorie smoothies.

"Now, I eat four small meals per day and have five protein shakes between to ensure I don't dig too deep.

"I would say that I consume approximately 6,000 calories per day right now. This is half of what I ate when I was the World’s Strongest Man.
