Eddie Hall decked decked YouTuber Nile Wilson
from the former World's Strongest Man.
Wilson, a former Olympic gymnast, was there to feel the full force and might of the Brit's power.
Hall, 6ft 3in tall and 25STONE, was completely dwarfed by the ex-athlete, 5ft 6in tall and 9st 4lb.
Wilson tried to throw a punch, but it had no effect on the super-heavyweight.
Hall, 34, stated: "The truth is, mate. I train - with mine, I'll hang onto a bar and will be smashed in the stomach by my training partner.
"Obviously, you can also see that I have a huge wall of thick muscles there."
Hall later lands one jab at Wilson, who was wearing a belt, but it sent him flying.
Wilson, 26 years old, said that his brain "hit the back of my skull."
Hall laughed and said, "I think he might have actually knocked me out ..."."
Wilson was unconvincing, however, and replied "I'm okay, yeah."
Hall and Thor Bjornsson will be battling it out in Dubai on March 19, in what is being called the 'heaviest ever boxing match'.
To prepare for the grudge match, Bjornsson (33), fought in three rounds against Steven Ward, an Irish cruiserweight.
Both of these giants have transformed their bodies dramatically by switching to weight lifting and relentless punching.
