However, the Matchroom Boxing chief "probably" won't be there to watch the fight

Khan and Brook, both 35 years old, are the shadows of the fighters that brought back world titles to Bolton in 2009 and Sheffield respectively, in 2014.

Hearn, who was the former promoter of the pair, cannot help but feel that they are throwing down for one last big payday.

SecondsOut was told by him that he had been involved in a money grab. But Khan-Brook is [a money grab].

"It's just them going, let's not be silly. This is huge money for us both. Let's fight, mate.

"But they're both half the fighters they were once. It's going to be a 50-50 match. Kell still looks good to me.

"Khan isn't sharp or great looking, but he's going all in."

Hearn attempted to make the Battle of Britain, when bitter rivals were still in his Matchroom stable, but was unable negotiate a deal.

He doesn't intend to give up his hard-earned money to see the grudge match.

He stated that he was interested in knowing who wins. It's unlikely that I will sit down to watch it.

"Ofcourse, I want to see what happens now.

It's fascinating now. Both men are done. It's impossible to predict what will happen.

"When I tried to win the fight, there was so much at stake.

"It's almost like a shaking of the hands. "Listen, let us just do it."

Since a sparring session at an England Boxing training camp, in 2004, Khan and Brook have been keen to target one another.

Khan insists that there will be no bad blood even though they have some in the ring. He wants to share a cup of coffee with the Steel City slugger.

SunSport reported that he didn't hate Kell and that this was just another day at work.

"I'm not afraid or nervous. I'm just ready to beat him.

"I don't love Kell, but I have lived in Kells's head for 10 years. I may even owe him rent.

After they have made a lot of noise, Khan would like to share a cup with Brook.

"But now, I must put him in his place.

"After the fight there will be respect, maybe even friendship, he does appear like a nice man.

"Maybe we will have a cup of coffee together and have a chat, but it is too soon."
