Brook has now set his sights on Conor Benn's fight

Brook won the fight with a technical knockout in round 6.

Khan was widely expected to give up after the loss, but he now wants a rematch.

Brook is however aiming for something else as it was announced that he has talks to fight Conor Benn, the welterweight champion.

He wants to pay a large sum to fight the star.

Eddie Hearn spoke to iFL TV and said that although he didn't want to reveal what he wanted, it was slightly OTT.

"I heard that Amir Khan will invoke the rematch clause. It is a bizarre rumor.

"People have been asking us if we would pay a step-aside to them not to invoke their rematch clause.

"No, thank you! We'll get cracking!

Conor Benn said to me the other day, "You are a young star and don't worry if you base your career around somebody else, don't worry if you try to land this paycheck - everything will come for YOU."

"We will continue to crack on with his career, his next fight will been announced for April 16, and we'll prepare for a huge show in support of Conor Benn."

Hearn did not dismiss the possibility of Hearn and Hearn battling it out, but he has also admitted that he would love to see them meet up one day.

He said, "We will continue talking to Kell Brook because we love to fight."

"But, what we told Kell Brook and his team was that we will not fight in April if they want fight in June or July."

"I believe that Kell Brook will stop fighting again if he stays out of the ring for too long, so that's what we were trying.

"It's not a big deal, and we'll continue talking to try to get it done."

Khan has approximately one week to activate the rematch clause.

Brook was the one who blamed him for his defeat.
